Thriving Communities is a new support programme for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) groups. It was launched by the National Academy for Social Prescribing, and takes a multi-agency approach to delivery supported by regional partners, Arts Council England, the Money and Pensions Service, Natural England, NHS England and NHS Improvement, NHS Charities Together and Sport England.
Working alongside social prescribing link workers, Thriving Communities will empower and champion communities. If you are part of a VCFSE group or organisation in England who are providing vital support to communities impacted by COVID19 and health inequalities, Thriving Communities will help you to share learning, gather insight, access funding and develop partnerships across sectors.
How Thriving Communities will unleash the power of social prescribing

2. Ideas Hub
Share your ideas, challenges and resources by submitting case studies, videos or blogs and read others' stories in the Thriving Communities Ideas Hub.
