Outpatient Assessment Centre Resources
We work alongside our partners at LiveWell Dorset, University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity and NHS Charities Together to provide outpatient assessment centres at Dorset Health Village, located on the top floor of Beales Department Store in Poole, and Vespasian house in Dorchester.
The centres opened in an effort to minimise the long elective care waiting lists which arose as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
We have created this support pack especially for patients who have visited our assessment centres, and brings together a range of resources and information, focusing on healthy lifestyle advice and the early detection and prevention of cancer.
