Not everyone has nearby support at this time. Help is available with food shopping, collecting medicine, dog walking, befriending and more. Dorset Council has a hepline for vulnerable people in need of vital support.
The helpline is open 8am-8pm 7 days a week. Just call 01305 221000.

The ChatHealth text messaging service can help young people in Dorset with a range of issues, including mental health.
