The Dorset SGO's are already busy with their autumn term delivery of the Primary Leadership Academy across the county. The SGO's have created a primary leadership pack which they can deliver to children in schools face-to-face, or they can leave the resource for primary colleagues to follow and deliver their own leadership training.
