Nicola Whitehead commences a new post at Dorset Mind next week as the 'Get Set To Go' project lead. Her official job title will be 'Project Manager – Mental Health and Sport & Physical Activity'.

Dorset Mind, the local mental health charity, has been awarded funding by Sport England and the National Lottery to help people to try new activities to help improve their physical and mental health.
