Learning Together is part of the National Academy for Social Prescribing funded programme, Thriving Communities. The regional support initiative is targeting voluntary organisations, community and faith groups and social enterprises supporting communities through COVID19.
Why should I apply for Learning Together?
Learning Together will be designed and tailored to the needs of your region by your Thriving Communities regional lead, and provide;
- opportunities to connect with other groups and organisations to form new partnerships with arts, natural environment, financial wellbeing, physical activity and health and care organisations, including social prescribing link workers.
- opportunities to join others to encourage, coach, and support so to share learning, develop your skills and help to tackle your challenges.
- opportunities to celebrate and share work in supporting communities through COVID19.
- opportunities to join others in a regular small 'action learning' group to discuss the challenges of supporting communities through COVID19 and crowdsource solutions together.

How to apply?
Download and complete a short application form from the Thriving Communities Learning Together webpage.
Once complete please email the form to James Day (Thriving Communities SW Regional Lead) to the email address below by 12:00pm on Friday 11th December 2020.
