Implementation of Active Dorset's 'Improvement Plan' Underway

Active Dorset were awarded a 'Good' rating earlier this year, following completion of the QUEST accreditation. Since this achievement, we have been busy drawing together an improvement plan, with input from staff, our board, Active Partnerships National Team and Sport England. Over the last six months we have begun to implement our improvement plan with actions against each of the following areas; continuous improvement and learning, team and people development, collaborative leadership, understanding place and people and partnerships and brokering.
Part of our improvement plan relates to our collaborative approach to working with partners. A key element of this, is about how we communicate with our stakeholders and how we use the Active Partnerships Annual Partner Satisfaction Survey. Work has started on revising our stakeholder plan and will be completed in the coming months. The feedback gathered from completion of the Annual Partner Satisfaction Survey helps us to assess our areas of strength and areas where we can improve. We are seeking to communicate the survey as effectively as possible this year. We also want to improve the information we provide partners on why completing the survey is important to us, and crucially, what we do with the feedback they provide. In Autumn 2019 we will be beginning to notify key stakeholders of the forthcoming Annual Partner Satisfaction Survey and why it's important to us.
