Active Lives survey shows inactivity reduction in Dorset

The latest Sport England Active Lives survey shows that inactivity levels in Dorset are down 3.5% to 21%; the biggest reduction in England.
With a quarter (25.1%) of people doing less than 30 mins a week in England, the Dorset results represent a significant drop in results with every local authority area below the average level of inactivity. In addition, activity levels are up 4.6% in Dorset with a third of the county's population now achieving over 150 minutes a week (66.6%).
