Bournemouth University's Chloe Thomas continues to go from strength to strength this season. Following her Bronze medal for Wales in Delhi before Christmas in the Common Wealth Games Team Event, last weekend at Nottingham University weekend she was crowned Women's BUCS Table Tennis National Champion for 2016. Chloe following her performance commented, "I was delighted with how I played especially my focus and concentration in the final."
England International and BUCS coach Matt Ware was delighted with her performance. "Beating both England No 7 Yolanda King in the Semi-Finals and England No 3 in the Final illustrates Chloe's growing maturity and ability to produce results in the high pressure situations. I hope other top players will consider Bournemouth University as a place to come and play table tennis as the structures and playing opportunities are excellent."
