Our Aston Villa Women's Football Team has achieved huge success during this season (2019/20) gaining promotion to the Women's Super League (WSL) for the 2020/21 Season. In order to build on this success, we are now focusing our efforts to ensure our Women's Academy and Girl's Regional Talent Club have the right people in the right roles to help us in delivering our ambitious plans for nurturing, encouraging and developing talent within our Women and Girls youth structure.

About Women’s Super League Academy (WSL) & Regional Talent Club (RTC) Roles

Hours of Work: Variable, flexible working hours including evenings & weekends

Contract Types: Fixed Term Contracts until 30 June 2021

Salary: Competitive hourly rates

Location: Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground

Closing Date: Thursday 2nd July

Interview Dates: Week commencing 13th July

We are now recruiting for a number of roles within our WSL Academy and RTC Team based at Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. The available roles are:

  • Sports Therapist / Physiotherapist
  • Goalkeeping Lead
  • Strength and Conditioning Lead
  • Education Lead
