About Programmes Manager

Following recent reviews at Board and operation levels, Pat Benson Community Sports Foundation (PBCSF), registered charity 10501987, is at the infancy of an exciting period of change. Following the amalgamation of the Small Heath Boxing Club Ltd operation and under the established working name of Pat Benson Boxing Academy (PBBA), Pat Benson Community Sports Foundation will be our future organisation.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing all programmes and projects across the organisation, with particular emphasis on using the power of boxing as an intervention for social and community impact.


The role will form a key part of the new senior management team, acting as deputy to the CEO and taking responsibility in his absence.


With management experience, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of attracting diverse funding streams and how these initiatives have made a positive difference.


Knowledge of boxing is not essential, but you will have the ability and passion to know how the sport can make a difference to the communities and lives of people in Birmingham, through a range of interventions and themes.
