Work Pattern: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday

The Institute of Swimming work in conjunction with Swim England as a subsidiary, and exist for the good of the sport; developing the best aquatic professionals is our priority.

We are the largest provider of Swim England qualifications and aquatics courses and we train over 60 per cent of all swimming teachers in the UK.

We are seeking a Course Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring accurate and timely administration and support in all aspects of the learner, tutor and customer experience, in line with the Institute's customer service standards.

Reporting to the Customer Service and Administration Leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective course administration service to the Institute of Swimming and its stakeholders in conjunction with the wider team and line manager, ensuring that all aspects of administration across all of the Institute's systems are completed accurately and timely.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have comprehensive IT skills, including good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent communication skills in person, via telephone and email
