Dorset Daily Dose
Each day throughout lockdown we were sharing a range of resources across our website and social media channels to help you get your daily dose of physical and mental wellbeing for our Dorset Daily Dose campaign.
As restrictions are easing we have decided to bring our social media campaign to a close, but all of the content we have shared can still be accessed on this page.
We hope you have found our resources useful and enjoy keeping active as we begin to see more of the sport and physical activity sector reopen!

Water Safety From Home
Free teaching resources to educate your children on water safety.
Looking for a way of educating and entertaining young people during these challenging times, while at the same time teaching fundamental water safety skills? Want to build in time to prepare your young people with beach and water safety skills ahead of the summer? Then why not take advantage of our free water safety teaching activities, that are available to you now and throughout the summer term.
The materials have been designed to be fun and engaging, combining videos, problem-solving activities and guided discussions. Not only will they get children's brains working, the activities also pass on invaluable water safety advice. Something that will stay with children and help them safely enjoy the beach and water for many years to come.
All the activities have been carefully put together by the RNLI Water Safety Team and have been specifically tailored for primary and secondary school aged children. You can access all the materials by clicking here.
