Dorset Daily Dose

Each day throughout lockdown we were sharing a range of resources across our website and social media channels to help you get your daily dose of physical and mental wellbeing for our Dorset Daily Dose campaign.

As restrictions are easing we have decided to bring our social media campaign to a close, but all of the content we have shared can still be accessed on this page.

We hope you have found our resources useful and enjoy keeping active as we begin to see more of the sport and physical activity sector reopen!

Dorset School Games Virtual Competition

Although no physical events will be taking place, our team of School Games Organisers have been working tirelessly to create a series of brand new 'Virtual Competitions', available for all students to take part in to remain active, continue competing and keep smiling!

Over the next few weeks there will be 5 different virtual competitions young people can take part in. All competitions have been designed for both primary & secondary pupils, and adapted for those pupils who are still in school as well as those who are at home.

All competitions will be running until July 10th, after which there will be a celebration recognising all that took part.
