yBall is an exciting new Touch form of American Football based in Bournemouth and Poole, Dorset. It's a low impact team game suitable for all ages, and is played to music to promote a fun, healthy, active lifestyle.

We pride ourselves on being as encompassing as possible, non discriminative and most of all outside the box. You have to come along to a session to truely understand what we meen by this, but yBall has many inventive modernisations to mainstream sports; you have to play it to full appreciate its diversity.

All sessions are:
