Race Development Sessions
Aimed at riders who want high quality track time to prepare for and practice skills ready for racing. These will be fast training sessions with a focus on achieving a hard workout through race flavoured drills.
Who: For Senior, Junior and good standard Youth track riders (e.g. riders on the British Cycling RSR Program, competing at a local/national level or similar fitness level), this is a fast paced session, not for beginners.
