Move More: Be Fit

This is a low-impact circuits style class that you can do from the comfort of your own home using a mix of cardio and resistance exercises. No equipment is necessary, although weights can be used if you have them. Alternatives will be offered for each exercise so you can work at the level that is right for you.

No previous experience is necessary as the instructor will demonstrate and explain each exercise. You will need some space in which to exercise (enough to take a step in each direction) and somewhere to put your laptop/tablet so that you have a good view of the instructor and she can see you. Full instructions will be sent out with the joining instructions.

Some of the benefits you might see or feel from interval training are: increased fitness, increased strength, improved mood, improvement in confidence.

The instructor, Di Fox, is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Level 4 qualified Postural Stability Instructor and has specialist Level 4 qualifications in Cancer Rehabilitation and Exercise Training for Chronic Respiratory Conditions. Bookings must be received 24 hours prior to the activity starting so that a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) can be completed.
