What is Keepfit?
The KeepFit Associaiton offers a variety of classes
KFA Moves classes is their core class which works on the whole body. Body Moves classes are predominantly exercise to music and tend to be more aerobic. Mature Moves classes give you a good work out but at a gentler pace.
Benefits
- The heart becomes stronger and can push out more blood with every beat but with less effort
- The lungs are able to take in more oxygen and use it more effectively
- The vascular system and all the blood vessels, which deliver oxygen and nutrients to where the body needs them, takes away deoxygenated blood and waste products therefore works more efficiently
Equipment
Wear comfortable clothing, supportive training shoes.
